“Due to health issues during the pandemic, my husband and I got behind on HOA dues so our HOA suspended our access to the pool. Even after we paid in full, we still couldn’t get access and this went on for a while and we were planning a graduation party by the pool. When we questioned the property manager, they told us that we would have to wait till the funds clear the HOA’s account from the HOA’s attorney even though we already had a paid receipt from the HOA attorney. Then the board would have to give permission to grant us access which could take a while.
